The Sandwich Spot is a customer service based business started by Tom Heally of Elk Grove CA. in 2006. It will specialize in deli style sandwiches using quality and fresh ingredients. Fresh baked breads will be available every day as well as a variety of chips, sodas, and fresh salads. The most important facet to this company is customer service. The Sandwich Spot will get involved in their communities through schools, businesses, athletics and other community functions. As important as those opportunities are the most important is, THE CUSTOMER. The staff make sure that every customer is greeted and provided with superior service.



Owner Tom Heally

Tom Heally has over 20 years in the Deli/Service area. He managed various Safeway Deli’s for over 9 years as well as being a customer service manager. In 1997 he helped open a local sandwich shop in San Mateo Ca. He then owned the store and made it one of the favorite sandwich shops in the Bay Area. Tom also helped open 8 local sandwich shops in the greater Sacramento area as well as running a store in Rancho Cordova Ca. After a successful tenure with a sandwich shop franchise. Tom is now looking to get back to the non-franchised way of business. He would like to get owners in stores more profitable and better connected to their customers without the hassles of franchise fee’s and bylaws. The company has good structure and good product along with freedom for the owners to interact with their community and businesses around them.
